Continuum — Crash TBI Claim Calculator. Effective July 10, 2026.

Plain summary: This tool helps a personal-injury attorney organize a client’s motor-vehicle-crash head-injury information into a structured summary. If you create an account, that information is stored securely so you can return to it. We never sell or share it, and you can delete everything yourself at any time. This is not a medical device and not a diagnosis.

Who we are

This app is provided by Continuum Improvement LLC (“we”). Contact: support@continuumimprovement.com.

What we collect

Account: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your actual password.
Matter & crash information you enter about a client’s motor-vehicle crash (mechanics, injury markers, treatment).
Symptom inventory you record for the matter.

If you use the app without an account, your information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Why we collect it

Only to provide the tool: to organize the information you enter and produce a claim-ready summary for the file and for medical review. We do not use it for advertising.

How it is stored and protected

Account and saved data are stored with our backend provider (Supabase) using encryption in transit and at rest, with access controls so that only you can access your own records.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. We use a service provider (Supabase) solely to store your data on our behalf. We may disclose information only if required by law.

Your choices and rights

Access: your data is shown to you in the app whenever you are signed in.
Delete: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
Use without an account: you can use the tool locally without registering.

Data retention

We keep your saved data until you delete it or your account.

Children’s privacy

This app is a professional tool intended for users who are 18 and older (such as attorneys). It is not directed to children and children should not use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. If you enter information about a minor client, you do so as a professional acting on their behalf and are responsible for that information and its confidentiality. If we learn we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13, we will delete it. We never sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Not medical advice

This app organizes information you enter into a summary to support medical review and professional judgment. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, does not establish causation, and is not legal advice. If anyone shows danger signs of a serious head injury, call 911. In crisis, call or text 988.
