Subscription & billing

• Plan: Crash TBI Claim Access — a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
• Price: 1 month free, then $29.99 per month. Unlimited client matters.
• Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• How to cancel: On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Crash TBI Claim Access, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I create or restore my access on a new device? Sign in with the same account email. On iOS you can also tap "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen.

How do I delete my account and data? Use the in-app "Delete account" option, or email us and we'll remove your account and its data.
