Continuum — ISO 9001 Audit Readiness. Effective July 19, 2026.

Plain summary: This app lets your organization self-assess its quality management system against ISO 9001, attach supporting evidence, and optionally submit sections for a professional review by a Continuum Improvement quality expert. If you create an account, your assessment is stored securely so your team can work on it over time. We never sell your data. This is an audit-readiness aid, not an ISO 9001 certification.

Who we are

This app is provided by Continuum Improvement LLC (“we”). Contact: support@continuumimprovement.com.

What we collect

Account: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your actual password.
Assessment data: the information you enter — your organization name, your ratings of each ISO 9001 clause, and any notes you add.
Evidence files: documents you choose to attach to a requirement (for example procedures, records, or certificates).
Nonconformity records: the findings you log and track in the app.
Purchase records: when you buy a review, our payments partner (RevenueCat) records that the purchase occurred and which review tier, linked to your account, so we can add your review credits.

Why we collect it

Only to provide the service: to let you save and return to your assessment, store your evidence, track nonconformities, and — when you choose to submit a section for review — deliver a written gap analysis prepared by a Continuum Improvement quality expert. We do not use your data for advertising.

How it is stored and protected

Account, assessment data, and evidence files are stored with our backend provider (Supabase) using encryption in transit and at rest, with access controls (row-level security) so that only you and your organization can access your own records.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use service providers solely to operate the app on our behalf: Supabase (secure storage) and RevenueCat (purchase processing). When you actively submit a section or nonconformity for review, the content you submit is made available to a Continuum Improvement quality expert for the sole purpose of preparing your review. Reviews are performed only on content you choose to submit. We may disclose information only if required by law.

Your choices and rights

Access: your data is shown to you in the app whenever you are signed in.
Delete: you can delete your assessment data, evidence, and account. To permanently delete your organization and all associated data, contact support@continuumimprovement.com and we will remove it.

Data retention

We keep your saved data until you delete it or request deletion of your account.

Children’s privacy

This is a business tool intended for organizations and professionals. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Not a certification

The self-assessment and any review are audit-readiness aids and professional opinions. They are not an ISO 9001 certification and do not guarantee any audit outcome; certification can only be granted by an accredited certification body.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
