Privacy & Data Use

Continuum — Veteran TBI Risk Calculator. Effective June 29, 2026.

Plain summary: This tool lets you record your blast-exposure history and symptoms so you can discuss them with a doctor. If you create an account, that information is stored securely so you can come back to it. We never sell or share it, and you can delete everything yourself at any time. This is not a medical device and not a diagnosis.

Who we are

This app is provided by Continuum Improvement LLC (“we”). Contact: support@continuumimprovement.com.

What we collect

If you use the app without an account, your information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Why we collect it

Only to provide the tool: to let you save your record, return to it over time, and produce a summary to bring to your doctor or the VA. We do not use it for advertising.

How it is stored and protected

Account and saved data are stored with our backend provider (Supabase) using encryption in transit and at rest, with access controls so that you can only access your own records.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. We use a service provider (Supabase) solely to store your data on our behalf. We may disclose information only if required by law.

Your choices and rights

Data retention

We keep your saved data until you delete it or your account. Delete your account and it is removed.

Children

This app is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

Not medical advice

This app documents self-reported information to support a conversation with a clinician. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and cannot tell you whether you have a TBI. If you are in crisis, call the Veterans Crisis Line: dial 988 then 1, or text 838255.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
