Continuum Improvement LLC — Veteran TBI Risk Calculator. Effective July 11, 2026.
Plain summary: This app helps you record your blast-exposure history and symptoms to discuss with a doctor. It is not a medical device, not medical advice, and not a diagnosis. Use it to inform a conversation with a clinician — not to make medical decisions on its own. If this is an emergency, call 911; for crisis support, call the Veterans Crisis Line: 988 then 1.
By accessing or using this app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is an informational and self-documentation tool. It records information you enter and presents general, research-based estimates and a symptom screen to help you talk with a healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Any risk figures are screening or research estimates, not a determination that you do or do not have any condition.
Do not use the Service for medical emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. For mental-health crisis support, call the Veterans Crisis Line (dial 988, then press 1) or text 838255.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time using the in-app "Delete account" feature.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other users' data; reverse-engineering, decompiling, copying, scraping, or redistributing the Service or its underlying model; accessing the Service through automated means, bots, or scripts, or probing it to infer its model; interfering with its security or operation; or using it unlawfully. You may not use the Service, or any results or outputs it produces, to develop, train, derive, or validate any competing or similar model, product, or dataset.
The Service — including its software, design, text, the "Continuum" and "Continuum Improvement LLC" names, the logo, and the underlying model, methodology, and calculations — is owned by Continuum Improvement LLC, constitutes its confidential information and trade secrets, and is protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the information you enter. By using the Service with an account, you authorize us to store that information securely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the estimates are accurate for any individual or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reliance on the Service is at your own risk; always consult a qualified clinician.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Continuum Improvement LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service (which may be zero).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Continuum Improvement LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
